The main focus of this paper is a pilot project intended to assess the feasibility of obtaining meaningful and relevant evaluative feedback from non-English speakers in a cost-effective way. More specifically, it was to test both methodology and tools with a specific language group, to evaluate the results and make recommendations for implementation in other language groups.
