Abstract

This is a joint publication as a result of a European research project, professors from various universities and nationalities (Salamanca, Avila, Antwerp, Pau, Mulhouse). After an introduction in which the content and methodology is explained, a series of case studies on the export of regional products is presented. From each product, the problems related to communication, translation, marketing and the multicultural perspective is studied.
