This edited volume aims to gather a number of investigations and insights into the process of translation. It contains studies performed in Translation Studies and translator training at two universities. The opening article embarks upon a few theoretical perspectives in the domain. The other articles look into, among other things, an experimental case study investigating the video-taped activities of a professional translator, reflections on the literary translation process, studies of translators’ think-aloud protocols, translation norms etcetera.
