Abstract

To meet the essential requirements for improving translation competence, this process-oriented teaching model is focusing mainly on students' self-construction by creating an effective multi-feedback system which offers students opportunities to deepen their perception of translation through self-reflection, self-evaluation and self-revision. This paper takes the translation course at Harbin Institute of Technology as an example and demonstrates the approach, design and practice of this model.
