In an intercultural approach the translation of models, rather than the translation of texts becomes an issue of particular interest. The Japanese renga model for collective creation has become a way of generating global creative participation through the Internet. The modalities of polyphonic writing and translation - viewed as a creative force in which the notion of the author dissolves - become the paradigm of the movement between voices and languages: that busy process of appropriation and restitution that enables us to cross the limits of language and of the world.
