Abstract

In this paper the author will propose a method to describe requests in the ‘language of negotiation’, based on pragmatic criteria. It is assumed that Norwegian interlanguage speakers of German have a requesting behaviour that differs from the behaviour practised by their German interlocutors. [Based on abstract in journal]
