A large number of poetic allusions are cited in the third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, which enhances the language charm and expresses the views of the articles in a more graphic way. This paper takes the poetic allusions in the third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China as the object of study, refers to the research results of the previous researchers, and gives examples to analyse the translation techniques adopted in the process of translating poetic allusions into Chinese and Uyghur as well as the characteristics of translation, with a view to providing some reference for the study of Uyghur translation of party and government literature.
