Abstract
Specialized vocabulary can and must be taught in certain language courses, particularly in courses targeted toward professional aims or in the courses of specialized translation. In this paper, the author proposes a critical analysis of the different types of exercises intended for specialized vocabulary learning, establishing a link between the type of exercise, the type of manual and the didactic method used by the manual concerned.
