Abstract
There are some inevitable differences in opinion between the language and legal professions as well as, in fact, some serious differences of opinion within each of these professions themselves as to the ways and means through which to achieve these principles, including the codification of professional ethics. Enlightenment needed within the world of LIT and enlightenment needed within the world of the judiciary are also discussed.
