The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the notable silences and important errors found, among others, in the book titled Translators through History. Despite the fact that this volume has come to be a very useful tool within the framework of Translation Studies, the errors that are contained in it deserve mention. Throughout this article, the author presents numerous examples of errors, in order to justify the point of view he defends here.
