Юридичний переклад – це вид спеціалізованого або технічного перекладу (Technical translation), перекладацька діяльність, що включає в себе мову пов’язану з правом та юридичним процесом. Юридичним перекладом називають відтворення мовою перекладу (МП) юридичного тексту мовою оригіналу (МО).
