Another interesting volume in the series Language and Computers: Studies in Practical Linguistics edited by Jan Aarts and Willem Meijs has recently been put together by Stig Johansson and Signe Oksefjell, two well known editors in contrastive studies. The selected articles are connected with the research project “Contrastive Analysis and Translation Studies Linked to Text Corpora” carried out at the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters between 1996 and 1997.
