If you were asked how you would present the field of “Translation Studies” in the format of an encyclopedia, how would you approach the task? (This may not be a fair question, but to me as someone interested in both translation and lexicography the question seems worth pursuing, as there are interesting interdisciplinary links and parallels that will help throw light on the subject covered by the book under review.)
