Sisukord
Viipekeeletõlge tähendab tavaliselt tõlkimist suulisest keelest viipekeelde või viipekeelest suulisse keelde, samuti tõlkimist ühest viipekeelest teise. Enamasti käib tõlkimine siiski suulise keele ja viipekeele vahel. Siinkohal on oluline ära märkida, et viipekeeled on loomulikult esinevad keeled, mis on suulisest keelest sõltumatud. Tuntakse ka transliteratsiooni, mille puhul suuline keel kodeeritakse sõna-sõnalt ja edastatakse käte abil, kuid see erineb tõlkimisest loomulikku viipekeele või viipekeelest.
