Pejorative aspects attributed to hearing people in signed constructed dialogue

The article presents a study on iconic elements of pejorative discourse in German Sign Language when signers construct hearing people’s interactive behavior towards deaf people. The focus is on a typology of constructed dialogue with special emphasis on code-switching.
