今回の号では、オーストラリアにおける大学レベルの日本語教 育に関する研究を特集する。本稿では、まず、日本語教育の歴 史的背景と日本語応用言語学研究の現状について概観し、次 に、本特集で取り上げた各論文を紹介する。
