Wine environments
Approaches from terminology and specialized translation
(German-Spanish)
The wine lexicon has multiple semantic domains that represent the
confluence of different specialized languages, and that constitute an
ontological classification of great usefulness for the translator. In this
paper we will present a study of three mechanisms of word formation
(composition, derivation and abbreviation) in German language for terms
belonging to the domain [winegrowing].
